Hi we’re paleo plus some dairy, butter and cheese a few times per week. my kid hasnt had many substitutes nonetheless LOVES her fruits and veggies. She eats what we eat so most of her meals are protein and veggies snacks and “truffles” fruits. she eats almond butter from a spoon too. I are attempting to procure appropriate fat in her by cooking with coconut oil and avodados and nut butters. No absorb to change with issues because they are seemingly loaded with canola oil and other crap. Simply because its gluten free doesnt mean its healthy!
